The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being an upmarket hotel, they were still very accommodating and welcoming of our toddler and there were extra amenities for her which were appreciated. The hotel is situated in the older part of Karuizawa and is within walking distance of many beautiful attractions and restaurants/cafes. The breakfast is also excellent.

1. Great location! Bus stop is literally right outside the hotel. Bus around Karuizawa tourist spots are outside. It is also literally at the entrance of the old Ginza street which has great snacks. If needed, the hotel can also drive 5 mins to the Karuizawa station where you can do all the shopping at the outlet. 2. Great staff. Very polite and very helpful 3. Good breakfast. 4. Comfortable bath area at basement.

The hotel was close to perfect, the service was excellent, the hotel had a very cozy, modern design, a very nice Onsen, the breakfast was excellent, the location is very good. we loce to come back again and we would definitley recommend the hotel, as well for families.
